A one-time enrollment fee of $49.00 applies to all new memberships with a 1-year agreement.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept credit/debit cards and automatic bank drafts for monthly payments. All memberships are billed monthly on the same day of sign-up.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Annual memberships require a 1-year commitment. Early cancellation may result in a fee. Month-to-month memberships require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.
